Distribution box is connected to the electrical wiring requirements of switchgear, measuring instruments, protective appliances and auxiliary equipment assembled in closed or semi-metal cabinet or screen, constitute a low-voltage distribution device.The circuit can be switched on or off by means of manual or automatic switch during normal operation.
In case of malfunction or abnormal operation, cut off the circuit or alarm by means of protective appliance.By means of measuring instrument, various parameters in operation can be displayed, and some electrical parameters can also be adjusted. It is often used in power generation, distribution and substation to prompt or send signals when deviating from normal working state.
1. The yellow and green, red (A, B, C) three-phase lines are respectively drawn from the distribution switch of the main distribution box. The light blue working zero line is drawn from the working zero terminal, and the yellow and green double-color PE protection zero line is drawn from the PE terminal.(Note: the main distribution box door and box body must be reliably connected with braided soft copper wire to protect zero, the safety distance between the five wires);
2. The yellow, green and red three-phase line of the line is connected to the general isolator switch of the secondary distribution electric box, and the light blue N line is connected to the N terminal of the leakage protector. After passing the leakage protection, it is connected to the sub-terminal board of the working zero line;
3, yellow and green PE wire is connected to the protection zero terminal board PE board;
4, from the total isolation switch of the binary distribution box leads to the three-phase line to the leakage protector;
5. Lead the phase line from the wiring end of the leakage protector to the shunt isolator;(Note: PE line can not enter the leakage protector, because the leakage protector at the end of the line will make the level leakage protection trip, causing a large range of power failure);
6. Yellow, green and red three-phase lines are led from the branch isolating switch of the distribution box, the light blue working zero line is led from the N board terminal, and the yellow and green double-color protection zero line is led from the PE board terminal.(Note: the distribution box door and box must be reliably connected with braided soft copper wire for protection zero).
