Common junction box
The common junction box has the characteristics of simple structure and can ensure that the connection block and the protection tube are firmly connected on the junction box.Connection of different wires and temperature sensing elements through the connection of the terminal, with good electrical contact performance.
Common junction boxes are usually used in good environmental conditions, non-corrosive atmosphere in the place.
Plug-in junction box
Plug-in type junction box, which is characterized by convenient assembly and disassembly, selects the standard products of the connector manufacturer.
It can prevent pollution from intruding into the junction box and ensure good electrical contact performance, so it is suitable for dry and dusty site.Its use can be quickly disassembled, so as to reduce the impact of high temperature or dust on the operator.
Splash proof junction box
The splashproof junction box has the following characteristics:
1) The cover (4) of the junction box is fixed on the junction box (1) with two screws (i.e. the screws will not fall off after the cover is opened);
2) The cover is fastened with a chain (5). When the cover is opened, the cover will not be lost because the chain is fastened.
3) the seal between the cover and the junction box body is a heat-resistant black rubber sealing ring;
4) The sealing of the outlet hole is to make a black rubber sealing ring (8), and then use the outlet bolt (7) to press the clamping connecting wire;
The anti-splash performance of the anti-splash junction box shall be subjected to the sputtering test of artificial rain with a rainfall of 5 mm/min and an Angle of 45° with the horizontal plane for 5 minutes. During the test, the thermocouple and thermal resistance rotate along the longitudinal uranium. After the test, the cover of the junction box shall be opened for observation, and no water shall penetrate into the interior.
The splash-proof thermocouple and thermal resistor products of the junction box can be used in sites where water vapor sputtering is frequent or where there is more moisture or dust.
Waterproof junction box
Compared with the splash-proof junction box, the structure of the waterproof junction box is the same except that the cover 2 and the junction box body L are different.
The structure of the waterproof junction box is characterized by that the cover 2 of the junction box and the junction box 1 are connected by thread.Relying on the tightening force of the cover and the junction box body, the sealing ring made of heat-resistant black rubber is pressed evenly throughout the circumference, so that even if there is serious water vapor or harmful gas, it will be blocked by the well-sealed sealing ring and will not penetrate into the interior of the junction box.
The waterproof performance of the junction box shall be tested for 5 minutes by spraying water in any direction from a faucet with a nozzle diameter of about 25 mm. The water pressure before the outlet of the nozzle shall not be less than 2 kg/cm. After the test, the cover of the junction box shall be opened for observation and no water shall penetrate into the interior of the junction box.
Thermocouples and resistors of waterproof junction boxes are suitable for use in sites where water jets are frequent, such as installations in musty weather or indoor equipment that needs frequent cleaning.In addition, the waterproof junction box is easy to assemble and disassemble. After the cover of the junction box is opened, it is tied to the junction box with a chain, so it will not be lost. These are more suitable for high-altitude equipment.
