2, IP66 enclosure junction box functionality
(1) Need to have waterproof sealing design, scientific insulation protection against electric shock, with better safety. All the performance; The wiring end should be firmly installed and has good weldability with the junction.
(2) The outer hulk is expected to have strong anti-aging and UV resistance. It can meet the requirements of outdoor harsh environment.
(3) Bypass two JI tube: mainly used to prevent the hot spot effect of components. Hot spot effect: when the module is in use, part of the battery is covered with foreign matter, which acts as a load to consume the energy generated by other lighting solar cell modules. The temperature of the covered solar cell will continue to rise, and then heat up. This is the hot spot effect. If there is a foreign body blocking the battery chip, causing the local battery chip to not work, the local battery chip will continue to rise in temperature, heating will cause the battery chip to burn out.
(4) When the solar panel is working normally, the bypass two JI tubes will not play a role, but when the hot spot effect is encountered, the bypass two JI tubes will automatically cross the battery string and connect with other battery strings to continue working. The main function of the bypass ji tube is to prevent the battery from burning.
(5) Two ji tube is divided into: bypass two JI tube and anti-recoil two JI tube. The main function of two JI tube is single guide pass function; Anti-recoil two ji tube: the module prevents battery current from flowing backwards when there is no light. Connector, connecting wire: with good insulation performance, male and female plug with self-locking function makes solar panel and electrical connection more convenient and reliable.
