In the design of the international waterproof junction box, the wall thickness of the product made of ABS and PC materials is generally between 2.5 and 3.5, and the glass fiber reinforced polyester is generally between 5 and 6.5.The wall thickness of die-cast aluminum products is generally between 2.5 and 6.The wall thickness of the material shall be designed to meet the installation requirements of most components and accessories.
4. Selection of sealing apron materials: for waterproof junction box products, commonly used sealing apron materials include PUR, EPDM, Neoprene and SILICON.
When choosing the sealing apron, the temperature range, tension resistance, expansion rate, hardness, density, compression rate and chemical resistance should be considered.
