Installation requirements of 18 way Distribution Box:

(1) The power distribution system at the construction site should be equipped with indoor main distribution panel and distribution box or outdoor main distribution box and distribution box for graded power supply. The capacity of power distribution devices at all levels should match the actual load. Power and lighting should be set separately.

(2) Production and installation of distribution box and switch box should meet the following requirements: The distribution box is made of iron plate or other fireproof insulation materials, so as to achieve ventilation, heat dissipation, rain proof, fire prevention; All electrical appliances in the box should be installed on metal or other insulating boards (not wood boards) and fastened to the box. The metal bottom plate shall be electrically connected with the box body; ? Normally, the metal shell of the box without electricity, the base, etc., must be connected to zero (ground), and connected through special terminals, and separated from the protection zero wire terminal board. Each electrical connection line shall be insulated with reliable joints and shall not be exposed. ? The incoming and outgoing lines must be rubber-insulated cables. The incoming and outgoing lines should be set at the lower end face of the box body, and a protective ring should be added. Incoming (outgoing) line should be well done, waterproof bend, can not bear external force.
