What should be paid attention to in distribution box installation project
In the power supply construction by leaps and bounds at the same time, power grid construction has also made great progress, the rapid development of high and low voltage industry, in the installation process need to pay attention to what
I. distribution outdoor box Equipment requirements:
1, cabinet (plate) body appearance inspection should be no damage and deformation, paint intact. Cabinet (plate) internal inspection: electrical equipment and components, insulating porcelain complete, no damage, cracks and other defects.
2. Before installation, check whether the distribution box number is consistent with the installation position, and check the box number and loop number in the box according to the design drawings. The door should be grounded with soft copper braided wire and special terminal. The wiring inside the box should be neat and meet the design requirements and acceptance specifications (GB50303-2002).
Two, operating conditions:
The installation site of distribution box should have the basic conditions that the interior painting is completed and the doors and Windows have been installed. Embedded pipes and embedded parts should be cleaned up; The site has transportation conditions, keep the road smooth and unblocked.
Three, distribution box positioning:
Determine the position of the power distribution outdoor box and actual device installation based on the design requirements, and locate the cable based on the box dimensions.
Four, basic steel installation
1, according to the requirements of the drawings prefabricated processing of the foundation steel frame, and do a good job of anti-corrosion treatment, according to the position of the construction drawings, the prefabricated foundation steel frame on the reserved iron parts, leveling, alignment of the foundation steel frame, embedded iron parts, gasket with electric welding welding. The top of the final foundation steel should be 10mm higher than the flat ground.
