Solution 1: Motor failure
If the motor windings are burnt, there will be smoke, odor, fuse blown, etc. If there is voltage at both ends of the motor and the motor does not rotate, it may be caused by the failure of the carbon brushes falling off or being severely worn.
Solution 2: Improper adjustment of the travel switch
The limit switch is a limit switch that controls the energy storage position of the motor. The fault phenomenon is: the motor does not stop when idling, and the energy storage indicator does not light up. Only by turning on the control switch can the motor stop. When the limit adjustment is too low, the motor will stop before the energy storage is full. Since the switch cannot be closed because the energy storage is not in place, the method of adjusting the limit is to manually store energy slowly to find the correct position and tighten it.
Solution three, control switch failure
When the control switch is damaged so that the circuit cannot be closed and the control circuit is disconnected and the circuit is open, the fault manifestations are that the motor does not rotate and there is no voltage at both ends of the motor. The search method is to use a multimeter to measure the voltage or resistance. When using the resistance measurement method, pay attention to the on and off of the bypass. If there is a bypass parallel circuit, one end of the line to be tested should be disconnected; the voltage measurement method is when the control circuit is energized, The multimeter is adjusted to the voltage range, if there is voltage, there is an open circuit point between the two points to be measured.
