Procedure for replacing the fuse of distribution box:

1. Wear labor protection articles and insulating gloves.

2, first of all, check the distribution box IP40 Consumer Unit with a test pen, confirm no leakage, open the distribution box door. Use a test pen to test the three-phase power supply, and then test the two wiring screws (one in and one out) of the screw fuse holder. If one end has power and the other end has no power, it means the fuse has been burned.

3. Replace the fuse. First PULL DOWN THE AIR SWITCH AND power OFF, THEN remove the screw fuse cover by rotating COUNTERclockwise, take out the fuse core and check that the fuse wire has been burned.

Carefully check whether there is burnt black carbon in the copper card in the fuse holder and the gland. If it is cleaned with sandpaper, put the fuse core prepared into the holder. If it is loose, take out the fuse core and use needle-nose pliers to adjust the position of the card until the fuse core is loaded and locked, and slowly tighten the fuse base clockwise.

Put the tools away and turn on the air switch. Then use the test pen to test the power supply of both ends of the fuse holder. Both ends have electricity, indicating that the fuse has been replaced and can start pumping.

4. Pumping trial run. Close the distribution box door, release the brake, press the start button to start pumping, if listen to the sound of "pa" the motor did not turn up. Open the door again and use a test pen to check whether there is electricity at both ends of the fuse.

If there is no electricity at one end, the fuse is burned again, and the control circuit of the distribution box is proved to have a short circuit, it is necessary to pull down the air switch and report to the professional electrician for maintenance and treatment.
