(1) The molded case circuit breaker must be installed in strict accordance with the instructions.
(2) Companies with plastic case circuit breakers (constant temperature, constant humidity, shockproof, dustproof) that have special requirements for the environment should take corresponding measures to ensure the accuracy and performance of the equipment.
(3) During the daily maintenance of the molded case circuit breaker, it is not allowed to disassemble the parts, and stop immediately if abnormality is found, and it is not allowed to operate with diseases.
(4) Strictly implement the cutting specifications stipulated in the equipment manual, and only allow the finishing of parts for direct use. The machining allowance should be as small as possible. When processing castings, the rough surface should be sandblasted or painted in advance.
(5) A protective cover should be added during non-working hours, and if the machine is stopped for a long time, it should be wiped, lubricated, and run dry on a regular basis.
(6) The accessories and special tools should be put on a special rack, kept clean, to prevent scratches, and cannot be borrowed.
Choice of circuit breakers（Single Circuit Breaker Box）
Usually, 2P circuit breaker or 2P circuit breaker with leakage current is used for the main switch of household distribution box, 1P circuit breaker is used for lighting circuit, and 1P circuit breaker or 2P circuit breaker with leakage current is used for socket circuit. The breaking current of the main switch should be greater than the current of each branch.
Zero row and ground row
Zero row: The zero line of the lower port of the main switch needs to be connected to the zero row first, and the zero line in the 1P circuit breaker circuit is taken from the zero row.
Ground bar: The ground bar has been grounded when the power distribution box is installed, and the ground wires on all sockets are taken from the ground bar.
The zero row and the ground row are similar in appearance, the difference is that the two ends of the ground row are bent, the zero row is straight, and the zero row needs to be equipped with insulated terminals at both ends when it is used.
